Reason for Leaving: ... OPENED Gift Store
on our property and became self employed so I could work at home and do work needed to repair house between customers.
I started as Dinner and Prep cook and shortly
became the sous chef working under Sarah ... I liked the job and people and the experience because I was drawing on all of
my lifetime work experience in this position as it was something different in fact than I had ever done before. It was work
but it was fun. I feel I made a mistake in leaving this position and working at home as I really had no investment to fully
back the gift store the way it should have been.

Sort of like Second in Command in the
Kitchen. I was her Head cook, after her.
1995 to 1998 I had worked as Line cook,
Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinner for other restaurants in

Position: started as assistant manager
and ended up as General manager of store 425 which at the time had a 60,000 dollar loss. In a years time we turned that around
and reflected a 60,000 dollar profit. Duties were everything pertaining to Managing a Fast food restaurant such as: Interviewing,
Hiring, firing, promoting a sence of Friendliness and Teamwork to achieve a goal , Timecards, Profit and Loss, ordering product,
supervising and training crews up to and over twenty, Daily, weekly and period paperwork, inventory,bank deposits....etc...
